Check for exhaust valve seat inserts. here's an insert, prior to final cut. the lip being talked about
is about 1/4 down from the surface. If it's smooth all the way around, from surface down into the port, then it's not inserted/unleaded.
If you feel a hard, 90 degree lip and opens up a bit more after that, then it's got inserts.
